Everything I offer comes from lived experience as well as extensive study in breathwork, cold exposure, movement training, and nervous system regulation. My background includes military service, endurance athletics, recovery from spinal injury, chronic pain, and overcoming addiction — experiences that shaped the way I approach resilience and recovery.

I had to rebuild my body and nervous system from the ground up. The workshops and coaching services offered through Frozen Breath are a distillation of the tools that helped me do exactly that.
